In 2002, the former owners and employees of GIC banded together to form Genesis Security System. As the President and principal in Genesis Security Systems, LLC, Mr. Kruglak has more than 40 years of experience in the integrated electronic security industry. This includes the growth and management of GIC, one of the most technically efficient and profitable integrators in the security industry. During his tenure as President at GIC, sales grew from $1 million to more than $20 million in annual revenue. GIC’s clients included firms like Lockheed, Vandenberg AFB, Defense Mapping Agency, World Bank, to name a few.
Mr. Kruglak is responsible for the management and leadership of Genesis, including: financial and security compliance; contract review and implementation; budget management; and interaction with all major strategic clients and vendors.
Prior to joining GIC, he spent more than ten years managing daily operations and sales for DC-based retail operation. He is a Vietnam veteran, having served in the United States Air Force.
As a Senior Vice President and principal in Genesis Security Systems, LLC, Mr. Kruglak has more than 35 years of experience in the integrated electronic security industry. This includes the growth and management of GIC, one of the most technically efficient and profitable integrators in the security industry. During his tenure as the Vice President of Sales at GIC, sales grew from $1 million to more than $20 million in annual revenue. GIC’s clients included several key government agencies, Lockheed, Vandenberg AFB, Defense Mapping Agency, World Bank, to name a few.
Mr. Kruglak is responsible for the coordination of all sales activity, selection of key products, management of large-scale projects, development of vendor relations and the creation and maintenance of our national network of distribution. He is also the founder and President of National Security Integrators, a network of American-owned security system integrators located throughout the United States.
He is the author of four widely acclaimed books that focus on how to profitably operate and grow low-voltage contractors (based on his experience at GIC).
He has two Master degrees from Duke University.
As the Vice President of Sales and principal in Genesis Security Systems, LLC, Mr. Foster has more than 23-plus years of experience in the integrated electronic security industry. Prior to joining Genesis Security Systems, LLC, Mr. Foster was employed as a Senior Business Development Manager for Siemens Building Technology. As a Senior Business Development Manager, he was responsible for overseeing accounts that generated in excess of $1MM annual revenue on a national basis.
Prior to Siemens, Mr. Foster was employed at GIC Security Systems. While at GIC, Mr. Foster developed professionally from a field technician to Senior Account Executive. Having 23-plus years of experience has made him one of the top sales producers for integrated security systems in the industry.
At Genesis, Mr. Foster is responsible for all sales activities. Through his efforts, he has been responsible for growing sales from zero to more than $21 million. This includes active involvement in all key major accounts, input on product standardization and practical solutions for our clients. He is highly experienced in all of the major technologies used in our systems including: access control, IP video, networks, fiber optics, intrusion detection, UL2050 and exchange-based intercom solutions.
As a Vice President of Production and principal in Genesis Security Systems, LLC, Mr. Simon has more than 25 years of experience in the integrated electronic security industry. Prior to founding Genesis, Mr. Simon was employed as a Senior Project Manager for Siemens Building Technology Systems. As a senior project manager, he was responsible for coordinating and tracking the necessary resources to meet client requirements with regards to system design, installation and commissioning. This focused on delivery of an operational system within the specified time schedule established by the client.
At Genesis, Mr. Simon is responsible for Production – implementation of all projects. This includes: engineering, installation, project management and service. This includes the establishment of product and design standards, service implementation methods and direct involvement in the management of complex projects.
He has an Associates Degree from Montgomery College; Control Data Institute –Technical certificate in electronics, computer software and hardware.
