By using our own in-house labor, Genesis has been able to overcome two of the most critical issues affecting the delivery on integrated systems: quality and technical depth.

One of the key market trends is for security integrators to reduce their head count by subcontracting out all of their installation work. At Genesis, we have taken a different approach which delivers a better and more reliable long-term value. Almost all of our installation work (with the exception of cable plant installation) is performed with our in-house workforce of trained and experienced installation technicians. By using our own in-house labor rather than relying on subcontractors, Genesis has been able to overcome two of the most critical issues affecting the delivery on integrated systems: quality and technical depth.

The majority of our installation technicians are factory-certified on our primary system solution – Software House.

By providing a turnkey solution with our own resources, we can insure that our systems are installed in the same manner for all of our clients, making post-installation service easier and quicker. It also provides us with the technical depth of personnel who are specifically familiar with the systems and technologies that we support on a daily basis and enables us to reallocate resources quickly to address the fast-changing field needs of our clients.

Every installation is assigned to an experienced Project Manager. Each Project Manager has a minimum of ten (10) years of field experience in both the security industry and working at Genesis. This means that they fully understand our corporate culture of focusing on meeting the needs and expectations of the client.

As the ultimate check-and-balance, the four-member management team of Genesis is actively involved in all day-to-day operations. We are always there to answer the phone and address any issues that may arise.
